Semola White Sourdough

100% sourdough bread made using organic stoneground white, wholemeal and spelt flour, filtered water and cornish sea salt. Full of flavour and nutritious, this loaf will keep for about 5 days if stored at room temperature in a paper bag or in a bread box. Slice and freeze it and consume within three months.

Ingredients: Wildfarmed flour (gluten), spelt flour, water, sea salt.
