    You can place your order for Friday delivery. Please, write me any special request and a safe place to deliver if you are not going to be in.

  • BAKE

    Your sourdough bread will ferment slowly and naturally over 3 days. I start building the natural levain on the first day, mix the dough on the second and let the bread rise overnight in the fridge. I then bake in the morning of delivery after a long cold fermentation for maximum flavour and digestibility.

  • DELIVERY

    On Friday morning, bread and pastries are baked in a special bread oven, packed in eco-friendly food bags and boxes and delivered to your door between 11 am and 4 pm.
